Question from Georgia, USA:
My 15 year old daughter has recurrent abscesses on her legs that heal very slowly, and I’ m getting suspicious because she doesn’t heal well. She does get halitosis, but we thought this was coming from her tonsils or sinuses. She does not have thirst or an increase in urination. Should I have her tested? What tests do you recommend?
Answer:
From: DTeam Staff
It is unlikely that this represents diabetes. Her physician can recommend any testing that may be necessary.
