My doctor told me that I may have hypoglycemia. I constantly have diarrhea, and I am always thirsty and fatigued. Should I be tested for diabetes?

Yes, and for an overactive thyroid too. An overactive thyroid can cause diarrhea and make you urinate more even if there is no sugar in the urine.
