My four year daughter has had type 1 diabetes for less than two years. Could you give me more information about insulin pumps? When is right time to consider using one?

There is no “right time” to consider using a pump. They have been used successfully in people of all ages provided that the appropriate supports (for education and on-going management) are available to you. See Insulin Pump Therapy for more information.
