My seven year old son has been shaking just before a meal, and after the meal, he is fine. Also if dinner is cooking and he has to wait, he said he is starting to see black spots. Could this be a sign of diabetes or hypoglycemia?

This is unlikely to be a sign of diabetes, but could be hypoglycaemia. You should have him checked out by a doctor.
