My son is 11 years old. He has been diabetic for almost 3 years. I was wondering if there are any natural remedies to help control his blood sugar levels.

Your son almost certainly has Type 1A (autoimmune) diabetes for which the treatment is insulin. There are no ‘natural’ substitutes.

In terms of therapeutic interventions — NO. However, fruit and vegetables are natural remedies that go a long way to making a balanced diet – the more the merrier. Sorry.
