Where can I find out how many children in Pakistan have type 1 diabetes?

The only information we could find is not that recent. First, there is a 1997 report on the Incidence of insulin dependent diabetes mellitus in Karachi, Pakistan. And, there is a reference to the incidence of diabetes in Pakistan in a Somali newspaper article.
