My Name is Amanda and I have had Diabetes for 25 years. It’s along stretch and I’m glad to be alive still. I have had 2 total Hip replacements, I am not celiac, thyroid is totally D**d and I am lactose intolerant. I have 2 beautiful dogs and I love to go out on the water to help with aches and pains from Diabetes. If you think you cant do it, Keep pushing.
