Autumn was diagnosed when she was only two years old. Through her journey, she has become a strong, independent, and highly responsible young lady. She strives everyday to manage herself and hopes to help others. Currently she is very proud to be doing a medical pump/sensor CGM trial for Medtronic and hopes to be able to get new technology approved soon. She is my hero every day.
