I was diagnosed 62 years ago with T1D at the age of two. I have seen many changes in my lifetime, from glass syringes to disposable, the birth of glucose meters, and now CGMs, multiple daily injections to insulin pumps. The world is ever-changing and it has only gotten better for those of us with diabetes. I am 64 years old and still going strong.
