Tatiana
From her mother, Wendy:
Tatiana was diagnosed as a Type 1 in second grade. Though it has made her childhood a little different, she has an amazing attitude about it and never let it stop her. She’s been a dancer all her life, on the high school dance team and at a studio and now teaches dance to special needs kids while studying kinesiology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has recently started a chapter of Diabetes Link at her University. I am inspired by her strong character and her tenacity to always take care of her diabetes!
