COVID has turned our exercise worlds upside down a bit, limiting our access to gyms and group play, but as we wait out this pandemic experience, our CWD community is still working hard to stay fit. Walking/running outside garnered the most votes in this week's poll, with indoor exercise equipment coming in a close second. Exercise is really important for people with (and without) diabetes, so good work on staying moving!
