Connor
CJ was diagnosed with T1D when he was 18 months old. Now 11, this is the only life he’s known. He is so brave and we are so proud of how he handles his T1D on a daily basis. CJ never lets it stop him from doing anything from playing sports (football, basketball, baseball) to hanging out with friends. He rarely complains about anything. We are also thankful for the people who have been part of CJ’s journey – a wonderful school nurse, supportive classmates and teammates, understanding teachers, and the best sisters he could ask for!
