My daughter is 7 years old she has had Type 1 diabetes for 3 years now. She is good with taking her shots but she has lumps on her sites. I know you need to move the sites around and she does but she still has lumps on her legs arms and stomach. Will this cause problems and how can I help?

My 14 year old son is a freshman in high school. He averages about 10 units of Humalog and 22 units of NPH before breakfast, and 4 units of Humalog before dinner. He eats around 70 to 75 grams of carbohydrate with each meal. Why does he require so much more Humalog before breakfast than he does before dinner?
