I am very concerned about my son. For the past week his blood glucose levels have been very high. He has poison ivy and just had a shot of cortisone right before all this started. Could either the poison ivy or shot be the cause of his high blood sugar?

My 9 year old daughter has been diagnosed with OCD/Tourette/possible ADD or ADHD. We have always noticed a significant difference in her behavior when she has not eaten, or when she has sugar. Is there a chance that part of her problem could be hypoglycemia?
