Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar of choice
  • splash vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 oz chopped chocolate (or 2 tbsp chocolate chips)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients into a microwave-safe mug or bowl until just combined. You can also divide batter into 2 portions for easier sharing.
  • Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds.
  • Wait for 3-5 minutes before digging in – it will be hot!
  • Enjoy - and feel free to top with some vanilla ice cream!
