I recently went to donate plasma at a local center and was rejected because they detected a very high amount of urine. glucose in my urine sample and suggested I get screened for diabetes. I had a glycosylated hemoglobin test done which was 5.6% ( normal). Are there a lot of causes of high glucose levels in urine that aren’t diabetes?

I do not have diabetes, at least not diagnosed, and I have been having severe hypoglycemic symptoms at night. I have symptoms during the day as well but can treat them more quickly. I did not feel symptomatic at a blood sugar of of 63 mg/dl [3.5 mmol/L], yet on other days I have felt symptomatic at 77 mg/dl [4.3 mmol/L]. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
