My son’s C-peptide is within normal range and he tests negative to antibodies every time. For a while is doctor had him on pills, but after a time took him off the pills, and his now on Lantus with Humalog. Should we be requesting he be treated as someone with type 2 diabetes and have him on pills instead of insulin?
