My nephew is 19 and has had diabetes since he was 12. The problem is that he doesn’t take very good care of himself. He is very skinny and takes laxatives about every day. After he eats he either vomits or he is constantly in the bathroom.

My 14 year old son with Type 1 diabetes will be going on a school trip soon. He will be traveling by bus and staying in motels for five days. I am concerned about keeping his insulin cool.
