Diagnosis and Symptoms

Since she was six months old, my three year old daughter has run 106 temperatures about every six months. She constantly potties and always needs a something to drink. Last week, we took her to the emergency room for the same problem, and they said she had a high glucose level. Her doctor sent her to the children’s hospital, and it was 131 mg/dl [7.3 mmol/L], yet they said they can’t figure out what’s wrong with her. Should I be concerned?

My symptoms include severe headaches, shakiness (small tremors in hands), and inability to concentrate.

For the last month, my three year old grandson has been very thirsty and frequently goes to the restroom. Because of the family history, he had a urine test, and it was negative. If this test is negative also, is it still possible he has diabetes? Is there another test that could be done instead of the urine test?

I am 32 and suspected I might have diabetes. The doctor said I have hypoglycemia. It seems that after I eat my level goes from mid 80s up to mid 140s. Could I be misdiagnosed? Should I insist on more testing for diabetes?
