We had asked the dentist if this compound was safe for diabetes and he assured us it was. Over the past 6 months he has dropped close to 15 lbs. It is as though he is wasting away. We have been trying to get her morning fasting sugars to a reasonable level but find that 6.5 units makes her low in the night with rebound and 6 units gives her too high of a morning sugar.
