My son, who is 25, has had type 1 diabetes since age nine. Our primary care physician spoke of the research program yesterday. At this time my husband’s mother is very close to expiring. Could she be a cell donor for him?

My three year old son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes about three months ago. Some days, it is so hard for us to get our son to eat. What do I do about a picky eater?
