I have had diabetes for 23 years and just became pregnant.. I am very concerned at the moment as my blood glucose control has always been erratic.

Will an antibacterial hand sanitizer/cleaner that is used without water, interfere with accurate blood glucose results?

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. My son is now eight years old. We have a very hard time controlling his weight. Has any relationship between gestational diabetes and obesity or glucose intolerance been found?
